Who is going to pay for my medical expenses following my Florida car accident?

Return to FAQ Videos

Transcript:

After you’ve been injured in a Florida car accident, you may have questions about who is going to pay for your medical expenses. The at-fault insurance company is required to pay your unpaid medical bills and your future medical care needs. In addition, you may also qualify for what’s called no-fault benefits. Those generally are going to pay 80% of your medical bills up to a $10,000 limit. If you have questions about how your medical bills are going to be paid after a Florida car accident, please consult an attorney.
