Are there parties other than the at fault driver against whom I can take legal action in a Florida auto accident case?

Transcript:

After you’ve been involved in a car crash in the State of Florida, you may be wondering who’s at-fault for the accident. Well, obviously, the at-fault driver has fault or liability for how the accident happened. Also, the car owner, if that is a different person than the at-fault driver, also has fault. There are other ways too to find liability of people who may have responsibility for your claim. For example, the driver may be on the clock or working for their employer at the time of the accident, and their boss and their employer may also have liability for your claim.
